The burn area was almost gone in only a couple weeks.

The 4th fairway has never looked greener. Our lawn was looking better than ever as well. Thanks Norma!

A view from the deck

Well, even though the lake isn't full, I do love the views of it from my deck. It's also nice to know that even if the darn thing ran dry, we would still be able enjoy views of the golf course. This weekend I watched as my mom and brother played the front nine. I could see them about half the time and took a few pics. Click the photos to zoom in.

The Great Fire of 05!

For anyone who missed The Great Fire of 05'. I still have a million little scars on my shins from trudging through those weeds with a bucket. Click the photo for a bigger pic.

A sneak peak

Here's a sneak peak of the new sales web site for Eagle Bay. There are a few typos and broken links, and some content is still to be added, but it will give you an idea of how it will look.

EDIT! the new web site is done!

Fill 'er up!

Check out this story from the Lincoln Journal. Sounds good to me. :-)

"A group representing irrigators in southwest Nebraska wants to sink 550 wells in the Ogallala Aquifer to help fill Lake McConaughy and provide water to the Platte and Republican river basins."
